If you’re the kind of foodie who thinks carbs and carnivore are BFFs, you’re probably familiar with EwF. They once had a boutique chain of burger‑and‑fries joints all over the island, but they shuttered their last store in 2017. Well, good news: the gang is making a comeback. The downside? It’s a pop‑up, so you’ll need to act fast.
Where to Find the Pop‑Up
From now until June 13, you can snag EwF’s menu at Awfully Chocolate’s flagship spot on 131 East Coast Road. The stall is likely to be a foodie hit, so head over soon!
Menu Highlights (and A Few Quirky Extras)
- Seven mouth‑watering burgers, including the crowd‑pleaser Har Jeong Kai Pruppet Chicken Burger (prawn paste + chicken) – price: $18.90.
- Five seasoned‑fries varieties, starting at $5.90. Think of it as “fries with personality.”
- For the adventurous, the Har Jeong Kai Nuggets (priced at $11.90) give you a nugget‑style bite with the same bold flavor.

A Bit of History
EwF’s first pop‑up opened in 2010 at Orchard Central. They soon added locales in Holland Village and Bugis Junction. The Orchard flagship closed in 2015 after landlord disputes, and the other two locations folded in 2017.
