Hey folks—if you thought you were the first to discover it, think again! Today marks the global celebration of everything that makes our chats a little more colorful. And guess what? Apple just dropped a bomb: iOS 12 is packed with a whopping 60 fresh emojis.
Apple’s Emoji Bonanza
All these new icons come straight from the latest Unicode update, so they’re ready to reflect the wonderfully diverse world we live in. Here are some highlights you’ll spot in your keyboard:
- People with bald heads, curly hair, red hair, and white hair
- Oh yes, even faces with white hair—because why shouldn’t you be able to represent a silver surfer?
- Food items that will make your mouth water: lobster, mango, leafy green veggies, and mooncakes (thanks, Chinese New Year)
Ready to Upgrade
