Brotherbird Coffeehouse is Closing Its Bali Lane Spot
Hey foodies! It turns out the newest buzz in Bugis isn’t a latte, but a farewell – Brotherbird Coffeehouse is calling it quits on its Bali Lane branch at the end of 2022. The cozy shop that used to be known as Stateland Cafe will shut its doors on December 31st.
What Went Wrong?
The reason behind the shutdown? A tangle of construction and a dead‑end traffic lane made the location less than ideal. The guys at Brotherbird didn’t want to compromise on the experience they’re famous for.
What They’re Known For
- Croissants Care – Think of buttery, bite‑size pastries that come in wacky flavors, like mentaiko prawn twice‑baked or blueberry crumble.
- Seasonal Sensations – This November’s lineup included a churros croissant that made folks swoon.
- Mochi Donut & Soft‑Serve – A must‑try for anyone who drinks their coffee with a side of dessert.
Last Call for Treats
Take advantage of the final month to grab your favorite croissant or espresso. Note that the desserts will stop on November 30th, while the drinks and pastries remain available until the very last day.
