- Pricing starts at $353 000 for a 3‑room and $488 000 for a 4‑room (no grants).
- People must wait about 59 months (just under 5 years) to move in – project slated for Q3 2027.
- Unique conditions: a 6 % clawback on the resale price or valuation for the first sell, plus a 10‑year minimum occupation period (vs. 5 years for regular BTO).
