On September 30, a 90‑day pop‑up will open at Marine Bay Sands’ ArtScience Museum, right on the outdoor Rain Oculus level. A preview of the menu is still out of reach, but expectations are high.
What’s the Deal?
- ArtScience Launch – No food, just some spectacular drinks. Expect a Singapore‑only treat: the “Kaya Cloud” Americano topped with creamy kaya and a dusting of gula melaka.
- Permanent Store – When the pop‑up spills over to a fixed spot, we’re guessing the menu will mirror the Taiwanese style. Picture basque cheesecake, tiramisu, and maybe a few savory delights like truffle fries, smoked salmon, and avocado toast.
