How To Cook Up a Picnic
Find a spot anywhere in the Wild, and your Pokémon—yes, even the legendary Koraidon/Miraidon pair—will swarm. Buy ingredients from towns, stack them into a sandwich, and watch the magic happen:
- Stack it right: Health boosts + special buffs.
- Stack it wrong: The sandwich topples, which is a bit of a culinary disaster—laughter guaranteed.
Need a cleaning spree? Grab a Mareep sponge. It wipes away mud, snow, or sand (thanks to the “dirty clefts” from rough trails) and zaps you right back to full HP plus a happier bond.
More Fun Stuff
These picnics are only the tip of the iceberg. TM Machine is in town—hence the Tchnique Machine. With League Points (LP) and scraps from wild battles, you can craft TMs that teach moves, swap attacks, or add that one special skill you’ve been itching to use. Each TM is single‑use but you can keep making them as long as you’re rolling in points and materials.
And oh—your player character gets more wiggle room for custom outfits, Girafarig evolves into the less‑known Farigiraf, and an auto‑battle feature means you can take a nap while the show goes on. Sounds like the perfect blend of “hard work” and “easy rest.”
New Creatures to Catch
Scarlet & Violet drop a fresh lineup of critters: Lechonk, Smoliv, Pawmi, and an intriguing variant of Diglett called Wiglett. Whoever said the whimsical was over? Not us.
