“We’re pushing this together with Singtel. To deliver this we need merchants and users on board; we have already achieved this today. I’m way ahead of the 18‑month deadline,” Tan told reporters.

Because of the recent acquisition of MOL Global (a roughly S$81 million move), Razer now owns a whopping 1 million offline payment points. Those points will be merged into the zGold credit system, which will then play nicely with the Dash platform.
